GOLDLEAF

update: I originally left a 2-star review because the Airo Pro cart I purchased was leaking inside the package when I opened it, which was disappointing after spending $40. The store reached out to me directly afterward, apologized, and made the situation right by giving me a $40 store credit. I really appreciate them taking the initiative to contact me and resolve the issue. I’ve been a customer for years and normally don’t have problems, so their response definitely restored my confidence in them. Updating my review to 5 stars.

Great customer service Everyone from start to finish were kind, friendly and helpful. Large selection of products, and Casey who help us with the transaction is very informative and knowledgeable. The best part is ( unlike any other customer service related interaction in the USA these days) tipping is prohibited in this place. How refreshing. No wonder this place is busy with customers.

Went in after work today to get some goodies, and firstly, the two absolutely lovely gals who helped me upfront (whose names I forgot to even ask!) were so kind, and we chatted a bit before I went in, and they let me know my MCC cert was expired! Super helpful that they let me know, and made shopping easier! David P. Helped me find the perfect strains for both a cart and prerolls, and truly spent a good amount of time helping me decide on what I wanted! He was so helpful, and I’m super happy with both products he recommended! Thanks gang!

I've been a customer at Gold Leaf for years, and I've been consistently impressed every single time. The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and help you find what you're looking for without ever making you feel pressured or trying to upsell you on products you don't need. What really sets Gold Leaf apart is the experience. From the moment you walk in, you're paired with a team member who stays with you throughout the entire process, making it feel like a true white-glove service. It's organized, personal, and never intimidating.. this is especially helpful for someone who is new to shopping at dispensaries. specially for someone who may be new to visiting a dispensary. They strike the perfect balance of professionalism, education, and customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gold Leaf to anyone, whether it's their first visit or their hundredth. BONUS - they have a military discount! I believe it's around 20%.

So I’m new to the area && I’ve been coming to Goldleaf for my grandmother since March 2026. My experiences have been nothing but amazing. The experience when walking thru the door is so elegant yet calming. The staff are all friendly && very helpful. You can ask them anything && they will meet you with an answer. The prices are untouchable. The deals are great && the curbside pickup comes in handy when I’ve had my fur babies with me. Shawn M. Is the most pleasant young man working. Theirs a young lady who works here too who is super sweet, helpful && knowledgeable when it comes to the flower. You should stop on in when you have your next run to make. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
